I reserve the right to refuse you commission for any reason;

Disrespectful, rude, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation of the commission;

I do not offer sketch, colored sketch, or lineart commissions. All commissions are delivered as fully rendered, fully lined finished artworks only.

Preliminary sketches and work-in-progress images are provided for approval purposes only and are not standalone products;

Terms may vary slightly depending on the type of commission;

Provide multiple clear reference images of the character or subject;

References, mood boards, etc., are very appreciated. The more, the better!

Maintain professional and respectful communication;

Respond to messages in a timely manner;

Accept responsibility for missing, unclear, or incorrect information that affects the final result;

Carefully read and understand these Terms of Service before commissioning;

Full payment after the first sketch;

I'll send a payment request with all the pricing information after approving the first rough sketch that defines the general direction;

Payment via Lava.top (there you can pay with PayPal, credit card, Stripe or other options);

Cost estimation for edits and additional details (complex backgrounds, extra detailed accessories, etc.) to be discussed separately, the client will be sent an extra invoice to pay the agreed amount;

I work on commissions in the order in which the commission was placed;

Client will be progressively updated about sketches, changes, processing and being asked questions conforming satisfaction till end of commission process;

All sketches and WIPs are initially sent as low-resolution, watermarked images;

Edits are free of charge at the sketch stage. During the coloring after approved lineart stage, any changes are paid at $3 USD per edit;

Edits required due to my own mistakes are free of charge at any stage;

Deadlines are flexible, but within a reasonable framework: on average, no more than a week between updates, and a month to complete the piece. The deadline also depends on the complexity of the work and varies for each person. I’m always in contact and will let you know about possible delays;

After final confirmations are made, all files will be send to client via Google Drive link, with a PNG file of finished artwork and the watermarked version of it (please if I haven't sent you the link that means the piece is not finished yet!!);

I may post the artwork on social media and stream, record, or upload its creation process (can be up to discussion);

All depicted characters remain the property of their original copyright holders;

The artwork is for personal use only;

Credit is required (tag/link me when sharing);

I do not offer copyright purchase;

Print the artwork for personal use;

Crop or resize it for avatars, headers, thumbnails, etc;

Use it as a study/reference;

Post it on social media with visible credit;

Claim the artwork as your own;

Remove my watermark or signature;

Alter the artwork beyond the allowed uses (including painting over, coloring sketches/lineart);

Use the artwork for NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI-related technology;

Reproduce or sell the artwork commercially;

Any unsupervised charges back will be reported, I request full clarity about refunds from clients;

A refund will be issued if I cannot commit to a commission due personal circumstances;

No refunds are available once the work is started;
